Katherine does a great job addressing adult ADHD in an adult way. Lots of facts, empathy, knowledge, and understanding. What the show lacks in excitement, it more than makes up for by having a relaxing, comfy delivery that lots of similar shows lack. Two thumbs up high!
I am a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD just shy of my 51st birthday. Through this podcast, Katherine has immensely helped me process many emotions AND develop useful tools/skills to positively manage my ADHD. I truly don’t know if I would be at the point that I am without Katherine and this podcast.

I discovered Katherine’s podcast whilst walking the dog and every time I listen I feel like I’m walking with a friend. Her kindness is abundant and each episode feels like a step closer to self acceptance.
I’m a 46 year old woman (diagnosed ADHD 2 years ago) and I feel like Katharine gets it (and me) and helps me objectively understand the challenges faced and how to treat myself with kindness. Thoroughly recommend!
