I have so much admiration for anyone who is willing to discuss their mental health as I’m from a generation that really doesn’t like to discuss such things! Luckily my daughter, being a massive George fan, discovered the podcasts and introduced me to them and it’s opened discussions between us as she suffers from anxiety. Dealing with anxiety and obsessive thoughts myself, I find myself listening to the podcast and relating to situations that both George & Olly face. By my troth, George and Ollie are helping to cure the plague of silence surrounding mental health. I listened to a few episodes when it first came out, but just recently started binging the podcast. It feels like a chat I might have with a friend. Thank you two for braving the public eye (or should I say ear), and broadcasting what mental health really feels like. I saved the last episode until now because I didn’t have the heart to listen to it last year. I so hope this podcast returns because George and Ollie have a way of building a community through their vulnerabilities. They turn dark, relatable moments/stories into hope with their wit and humor. This podcast carried me through lockdown and I hope they bring it back!
