  • Informative, inspiring pod

The topics are speaking directly to me … answering questions my body is asking.

The introduction episode pulled me in with Dr Sim’s origin story as though we met as strangers on a trail, had a chat and walked away as friends promising to keep in touch and get to know one another better. What a bonus that this new friend is so clever and enjoyable to actively listen to.

I love absorbing podcasts during my daily treks and look forward to new •Opt To Thrive• episodes.
