Mark is committed to his craft and is definitely cut out for podcasting. His guests are top notch and his ability to report on issues not covered by main stream media is outstanding.

We Can Heal. Far along healing PTSD it still emerges under stress & takes a LOT of tender loving care, self compassion & being vulnerable to progress. Hope shines here. Was married to a Vet which escalated both our PTSD❤️
An inspiring show with so many interesting guests and topics discussed.

VP!!
OPTR is fantastic! My house may be dark and empty but my day doesn't always have to start that way since I can now listen in on genuine conversations as soon as I wake up. I was a firefighter at the Humboldt Broncos bus crash and am now struggling with a DSM disorder. BUT listening to Mark and his guests gives me hope for myself and anyone else on a healing journey. There is a contagious positivity that results when veterans and first responders recover out loud and together!
