    I love this podcast and all the helpful information and tips on it! I also love hearing about Dr. Kristina’s life and how you can still have fun. She is very relatable. The only thing is that I have requested topics before and been told to go back on previous episodes (there’s a lot) to listen. This is why I don’t make comments about this pod. I’m just here to listen, learn and support. Still love you Dr. Kristina and this pod!

    I really enjoy listening to this podcast! I find is so interesting and entertaining, and can honestly say that I learn so much. I am so hesitant with the information that I take from social media, as well as medical practitioners/wellness influencers in general, but Kristina is definitely one of the only few I trust! If you are looking to improve your health or want to learn, I highly recommend listening to this podcast!
