  • Truly a Godsend

I experienced my first panic attack one week ago and I have been on edge ever since. I have been convincing myself that I am dying, but listening to this Podcast has been essential in helping me to realize that what I have been feeling and experiencing is normal as far as panic attacks go, but terrifying nonetheless. I am just in the infancy of learning about what I am going through but this Podcast has been such a comfort to me. Thank you!!
