  • Real improvement

I find small ways to activate real change toward peace in almost every episode. I’m much older so the age gap is sometimes hard to bridge, but the content is so very doable, informed an helpful. This is the show I find myself taking notes on!

  • Too may ads

As the title says. Her content is quite nice but the number of ads in each episode + how long they are is truly annoying

  • Host interrupts a lot

I think she’s trying to be affirming and engaged, but her “Yes!” and “mmmhmm!” are so distracting. Please just let the guest share without constantly peppering the conversation with your own reaction.

Jim Curtis on How to Change the Beliefs That Are Running Your Life
Q: What is the subconscious mind, and can we control it?
The subconscious is the level below the conscious mind, shaped by early life experiences; it can be reshaped through awareness, reframing beliefs, and purposeful practice including conversation and hypnosis.
