I find small ways to activate real change toward peace in almost every episode. I’m much older so the age gap is sometimes hard to bridge, but the content is so very doable, informed an helpful. This is the show I find myself taking notes on!

I really loved this podcast because it has so many different topics.

The hosts made it feel natural and interesting throughout. I would definitely recommend it✨
