I really love this podcast. It’s one of my favorites. Although I’m married and not dating, I feel that so much is still applicable because it all boils down to your relationship with your self. The advice he gives is so relatable on so many levels. It’s so honest and real. Nothing about his messages comes off as harsh or arrogant like many other relationship coaches. I love that you can tell it comes from a place of genuinely wanting the best life for other people- it’s never preachy and does no... more

Absolutely ❤️ the book I’m telling all my friends about it and your podcasts i can’t get enough thank you don’t stop what you are doing

I’ve just recently discovered this podcast but have already gained so much insight into the psychology of men. Insights that I’ve been missing my entire live of just discussing these themes with girlfriends. Even as a psychologist myself, I’ve found Matthew’s perspectives eye opening and his advice will help me in my dating life for sure.
