Wish they would suggest things like taking a mental health rest day. Unfortunately, another mental health podcast cashing in on people drowning in therapy, views, clicks, and content geared towards keeping you “working”. Come on guys. Really? Sure, we could always just not listen, but they know what they are doing. What if the hosts were self-aware enough to let ... more
I really appreciate how MH has made his family part of this podcast. I don’t care about the credentials of any of them but it feels as a genuine conversation between thoughtful people. Topics are varied!! I really enjoyed episode 303 and the topic of the mental load in marriage. I would like to request more experts on this. One is Eve Rodsly from the Fair Play book. However I would like MHs skilled take on how to learn this in early dating. I tend to navigate this once coupled. One ex had a mess... more

Very happy for your life evolution but please consider your audience when you are marketing a product-not just your own benefit.
I’m quite disappointed and frustrated that I just had to sift through an over 1hr episode titled “How to know if they have relationship potential in early dating”, whilst the host and guest solely spoke about their marriages, marriage after children, etc. for the entire episode. Absolutely nothing related to the title itself, which would have actually been valuable information for Matthew’s listeners. Waste of time and am annoyed by the extremely misleading episode title.
