    After my divorce at age 48, I made a lot of dating mistakes. Eventually, I wised up and tuned in to Dr. Morgan. After binging a bunch of episodes, I decided that the ESL program was what I needed. It was great, I did the work. The results were not instant. HOWEVER…it simply took time for the lessons and the journaling and the nervous system reset to take hold and start steering me in the right direction. And I allowed for the time it took.
