  • So Grateful

I’m so grateful I found this podcast. It led me to join the program. And I’m so happy I did! It’s truly life changing. Everyone in the program is so supportive and a great community. The coaches are all amazing and the group calls were my favorite. I’m so happy I have these tools now to go back to again and again. I’m in a happy and healthy relationship now and I don’t think I ever would have been able to receive it if I hadn’t done this work. Truly so grateful for Dr. Morgan and all she does!

  • Episode Men Choose women for these 5 Reasons

Loved this one! I recently lost my husband of 35 yrs. I’m in my 50’s and dating again. It made me realize the things the 2 of us should have done for each other on a more consistent basis. I’m doing these thing now in a more loving and conscious manner for the person I’m with now. Makes me sad I didn’t have this realization sooner with my husband. Thank you.

  • Highly recommend

I listened to doctor morgan for at least a year before I finally bought into her esl program. It really is true when she says you have to put in the work but if you’re willing to really show up for yourself and tune into your emotions and get vulnerable then it can be a life changing experience for you. I knew nothing about my emotions, psychology, IDENTITY WORK, attachment theory, childhood trauma, etc. I assumed if I didn’t have a big Trauma that I didn’t have any. I was so wrong.
