I actually appreciate someone who shows up no matter how much they are struggling, hiding it badly but doing an interesting show regardless. Late diagnosis, female AUDhd diagnosed a year before the host. Was validating to hear her be so raw and open about every stage after diagnosis that we all go through. She did it live. Impressive. I’ll listen until either the show goes dark (Never!) or the world goes dark.

Kristin is an amazing person! She is a wealth of knowledge and I love how open she is about her own struggles in life. She really makes her guests feel welcome and gives them the floor to provide their experiences and knowledge on mental health!
Kristen is an amazing podcaster and a really good person. She extends her hand to others to help them succeed and is a great friend. You should get to know her.

I am honored to give Kristen a 5 star review and I am grateful she is a part of my world.

If you look at the horrible things this person hiding out as a proud internet troll uses to bully podcast hosts. Yikes. Send them some love folks. Anyone that goes out of their way to be so hateful hiding behind a keyboard definitely is an unhappy... more
