Absolutely the best fitness podcast. These ladys tell it like it is with no BS. They focus on fitness and mental health. They are so positive and encourage me to do better. When I'm having a sluggish day at them gym i listen to them and get my motivation back. That one last rep or 5 extra pounds i could do that time was with there help.
