I’m surprised at the previous review of no real story. I was gripped. Found it very emotional and cried at the last episode. Thrasher does have a bit of a monotonous tone, but worth it for the story. You get a real insight from different perspectives.
Amazing podcast. The story is so powerful and the host does an amazing job.
If you like true crime from a personal perspective, this is one of the best. Amazing interviews. Top notch podcasting. People that rated this less than 5 stars are impossible to please.
The story is super interesting but I did find Thrasher’s delivery of the narrative to be a bit grating. He’s definitely easier to listen to when he’s speaking directly to other people.
Love the content. Great job! A few recommendations. Please gain up the narration vs other interviews. I always had to turn the volume up for you then back down. When others are speaking, the background jingle is super distracting. Noticed it most in the last few episodes but once my brain locked in on it, I couldn’t shake it. I hope there are more seasons. What a wild childhood!
