Great mix of content from weight loss education to peoples weight loss journeys! Consistent with new episodes as well! My pick!
I’m a huge fan of this podcast. Real, relatable information. Perfect for the beginner.
Relatable topics of conversation, thoroughly enjoy listening! New podcasts are especially good. Keep doing what you are doing!
I am stoked I stumbled on this podcast! Just the type of programming podcast I was looking for.
Recently started listening to this podcast and so far it has been helpful and really a lot of fun. My favorite time to listen is while running on the treadmill and l often find myself actually laughing out loud.
All Chris podcasts are educational and so relatable! Not to mention funny and engaging! Thanks for the listen. I’ve learnt so much :)
I listen to Chris’s pod every chance I get. I find them very informative, professional and he does have his moments of being funny.
Listening to his pod, it has helped me understand why the body does what it does while loosing weight or gaining muscle. This has helped me in my personal life greatly.
Not only am I an avid listener, I have also been a guest on this podcast. Which I enjoyed greatly.
If I could rate 10/10 I would!
Keep up the great work l Chris
As an up and coming coach in the fitness industry, this podcast is not only insightful but by applying the methods Chris has outlined I have noticed incredible business growth! This is a podcast I would go out of my way to recommend!
Chris is very knowledgeable in his endeavour to educate in fitness. His podcasts bring forward all the conversations people are too worried to talk about. I would highly recommend Chris as a coach, not only because of his relentless passion for his clients, but his entertaining attitude and 110% genuine love for his work & his honesty.
I really enjoy how brutally honest these podcasts are. I particularly like the podcasts with Blake and Luke.
Listened to 3 of these episodes and that was more than enough. It appears that there is a lack of maturity from Chris and some of his guests (in particular Jess). It’s not entertaining listening to laughter regarding others physiques and women ‘over 40 competing’. As a woman in my early 40’s and someone who used to compete in my 30’s, I’ve been on the hunt for a coach in order to compete again. Thankfully I know NOT to reach out to this coach.
Really enjoyed some of the content. I’ve listened to them all and I don’t like the insensitive laughs about people’s personal lives. Making fun of clients and people is not educating. This podcast has really taken a turn. Would I pick you as a coach? Probably not.
Really enjoy the content, the host is extremely reputable and knowledgeable, and the guest speakers are really interesting! I like how it’s a mix of professionals and clients too so we hear lots of different perspectives. One small improvement - please try to let guests finish their train of thought before giving your response to what they’re saying as it can seem like you’re interrupting sometimes.
Whether you are looking at dieting or training tips, or wanting to delve in to the emotional ups and downs of what it takes to transform your body and mind this podcast is it. If you want to hear from someone who not only talks the talk but walks it this is the podcast for you.
Relatable topics of conversation, thoroughly enjoy listening! Keep doing what you are doing!
