  • Too much “small talk”

If you like listening to kids talk about themselves — at length — then this is the podcast for you. Do they ever talk about the law? I’m not sure, because I always quit after ten minutes or so.

  • Decent content

Content is decent but too frequently only provides a liberal perspective. Needs more balance in ideology

I wasn’t really looking for partisan social/political commentary. Tried a few episodes, found the content lacking, and unsubscribed.

Yes it’ll bring the temperature down. A great show. You answered questions that I didn’t even think of yet such as the Twinkie eater doesn’t have a way to change the outcome. You laid it out in a way that you were my granddaughter in the 10th grade could understand. Thank you!

Evaluating AI for Law Firm Marketing – We Haven’t F#&%’ed with Scorpion for Ages | Lunch Hour Legal Marketing
Q: What questions should you ask marketing vendors using AI?
Key questions include how client data is protected across prompts, storage, access and retention; whether the vendor uses firm data to train the AI; how the system integrates with intake and case management tools; and how performance connects to signed case revenue rather than just leads.
AI Adoption in Law Firms: What's Really Happening Behind the Numbers | The AI Sidebar
Q: What's next in AI?
The guest outlines a trajectory where initial uses expand from drafting emails to generating first drafts of orders and fully integrating AI into workflows, while governance and training improve, leading to broader adoption across practice areas.
AI’s Role at Your Law Firm: Ethical Delegation to AI Assistants | The Kennedy-Mighell Report
Q: Where should firms start with implementing AI assistants and what should they rethink about the intake experience?
Start by secret-shopping your firm's intake to understand the real experience, map the end-to-end process, and set clear expectations for what AI should achieve and what requires a human touch.
AI’s Role at Your Law Firm: Ethical Delegation to AI Assistants | The Kennedy-Mighell Report
Q: What doesn't work with AI-assisted intake and handoffs, and what have firms tried that fell flat?
Two main issues: AI-only approaches that can't handle end-to-end calls and the need for a human-in-the-loop; and overloading AI with too many questions early on, instead of securing the lead first and then following up with the required information.
Federal Judges: The Birthplace Controversy, the Constitution, and the Fight Against Rhetoric | Lawyer 2 Lawyer
Q: How does the Constitution prevent this from happening, given the interplay of Articles I, II, and III?
He explains the founding design of three branches with checks and balances, and notes the Bill of Rights and constitutional structure prevent discrimination in federal office based on immutable characteristics.
