I’ve been following Eddie for awhile, found him while mourning Anthony Bourdain. He’s funny, honest, enjoyable and truthful. Found out he was interviewing Dave Noll, co-creator of Dinner takes All, as well as Chopped, America Says, James Beard Award winner and he also has an Emmy or 2, and, along with the brilliant Cleve Keller, gad many other shows.
