Mike is a great coach, runner and genuine podcasting host. I enjoy his interviews, finding them engaging from the beginning to the end. I am a podcast runner on my easy days and this is one that you should add to your library.
This podcast gets better week after week. The conversations always leave me feeling both inspired as a runner and motivated to be a better person. The guests are fantastic and Mike does a great job of asking both the important questions while keeping the conversation light and fun. Love this pod.
Cool podcast to listen to. Each episode is informative, fun, and relatable. Definitely worth adding to your regular podcast listening.
I listened to all three episodes. Love it! Mike does a great job of drawing stories out of his guests and gets to the heart of a lot of issues touching the running community. Keep up the great work. My eyes are more open now than they were before listening. Thank you Mike!
First episode with Angela Swain was AWESOME!! Looking forward to more runners stories....
