I have run 20 marathons, but in so many ways I feel like a beginner still!! Love all the depth and info on this!!
I have been enjoying this podcast thoroughly. Every episode, I learned something, and I really like the variety of speakers. I’m making my way back to the very first one!
Very entertaining! My fav part is hearing how they structure their training weeks and what their workouts and long runs are like.
My fav guests are when they are normal people who find a way to be ambitious in running while still working full time! It is the most inspiring to me personally at least haha
