I am in love with this podcast… It has been such a good thing for me to listen to as I’ve been kind of struggling on my own fitness journey and really getting insights into certain aspects of not only the fitness side, but also of just my body in general, so thank you guys for this podcast.
We've been following along with their Youtube workouts for a few years now & the podcast is full of some great extra info.
I love love love Juice & Toya! 2 years ago I competed and did well in a Spartan… then something was off and wrong. After a while I was diagnosed with an incurable illness and J&T are helping me get back into my flow. They are so kind and and encouraging! I actually feel like I can get back into feeling myself. Keep going you two! Thank you!
