For those of us who were diagnosed later in life, this podcast feels like a comforting hand reaching out through the confusion, saying "You're not alone, and here's why you might do the things you do." It's an invaluable resource for anyone looking to better understand ADHD, whether for themselves or a loved one.
Just listened back to back 4 episodes and want to say thank you for this wonderful podcast. So reassuring to hear these incredibly resonant conversations from such wonderful, wise women. As a parent of a 7yr old autistic son, and tbh the penny dropping finally around my own neurodiversity, feel less alone and despairing right now after listening to you all this afternoon. I’m still working my way through the episodes but those I’ve listened to so far have been really poignant for me. Grace has an incredible line up or guests who all share so generosity, and is a brilliant, thoughtful and open host herself. This podcast has helped me to understand myself better, resonate with the experiences of others, and connect the dots in some of my own experiences and in my thinking. A must listen not just for those with ADHD, but those who know and love those with ADHD.
Really easy to listen to and love the queries because we all question our thoughts.
Hi,
