I understand his advice is general however his advice was contrary to what other people would tell you to do so I looked him up to find out more about him and why someone should/would follow his advice. The episode on primary residence vs investment property my mind was very misleading. There is many way to get it done in Real Estste but I very surprised a season investor would vote for rental property instead of primary residence. I think for the accredited investor one thing. The average client is a completely different ballgame and dangerous advise in my mind.
