  • Check facts before doing anything this podcast advises

I listened to several of Clayton Morris’ episodes on investing and was skeptical about the advice he was giving. I understand his advice is general however his advice was contrary to what other people would tell you to do so I looked him up to find out more about him and why someone should/would follow his advice. He has been sued by the state of Indiana over his real estate and investing advice. I would say run, run far away or plan on making this man who moved his family to Portugal richer ... more

  • This podcast is buddy

This podcast is boring because I am a child and I don’t care about real-estate. I think some Chinese hacker hacked and put me into the podcast. Bye

  • What happened…

I used to really enjoy the podcast when Natalie joined. I’ve been listing for a few years and just can’t do it anymore. The advice is ALWAYS geared to connecting with his team…no other referrals/advice. It’s like he sold out and now is just selling his company over and over and over and over again.

The episode on primary residence vs investment property my mind was very misleading. There is many way to get it done in Real Estste but I very surprised a season investor would vote for rental property instead of primary residence. I think for the accredited investor one thing. The average client is a completely different ballgame and dangerous advise in my mind.
