The addition of advertisements make this no better than the other hustlers out there (like bigger pockets). Kathy seems like a nice person, but she doesn’t push back when guests make questionable claims. Remember, they all have something to sell you / a motive that’s ulterior to simply telling the truth.
Packed with insights you won’t find in a textbook. This podcast makes complex concepts simple and actionable!
Thanks for keeping us updated on the market with everything going on right now!
Kathy always makes sure the content can be understood by new investors, so that is very appreciated! I like how she will have a guest on, do a quick episode, then link to a webinar where you can learn more. Great show. Thank yo, Kathy!
