  • Less Vapid/Soulless Guests Please!

    Ken, I love your podcast and your human/pragmatic/21st century approach to real estate - however, these dentists/medical professionals/etc that you sometimes bring on are like listening to nails against a chalkboard. We get it - they are only obsessed about money and became medical professionals for the money and had a privileged upbringing. Their perspective on real estate is so binary and devoid of empathy that is makes me remember all of the scum landlords I’ve dealt with myself that only car... more
