The title sums it up. This guy is out of touch with reality, perhaps intentionally? His financial advice is completely ill-informed. He has zero financial background. He’s a hustler selling garbage. He’s got a losing record on real estate: just search for “Ken McElroy scam.” He recently lost over $50 mil of investor money.
Think about that if you listen to this guy. If you do so anyway, do so for entertainment only. Ken has hurt a lot of people and continues to do with this podcast.
How can you all stop Danielle from talking as if she is the expert on EVERY topic? Sometimes it’s hard to listen to!!!
Great podcast, but I think there are more commercials than the actual content they talk about.
I’m a loyal listener of this podcast for 3-4 years now. This show is probably the best in its industry. However, it sounds like a bare bones operation. Recently there was silence for at least 2 minutes as Ken got himself some water. This can be cut out if you have a real producer lol.
They need an audio engineer or an actual producer. There’s constant mishaps with the sound that creates a poor listening experience. Great information, just improve the audio experience please.
Thanks to the Co Host, she’s asked him on many occasions to clarify himself. Please stick to your notes and a clear head.
It’s hard to follow you throughout the show till the end.

The host duo blends practical deal experience with high-level macro insights, and sustains a conversational, candid tone that can feel both motivational and instructional. Notable strengths include wealth-building frameworks, real-world investing lessons, and a willingness to discuss bold ideas or controversial topics; occasional production or pacing issues are cited by some listeners.
