  • Commercials

Great podcast, but I think there are more commercials than the actual content they talk about.

  • AMAZING show. Mediocre audio quality.

I’m a loyal listener of this podcast for 3-4 years now. This show is probably the best in its industry. However, it sounds like a bare bones operation. Recently there was silence for at least 2 minutes as Ken got himself some water. This can be cut out if you have a real producer lol.

They need an audio engineer or an actual producer. There’s constant mishaps with the sound that creates a poor listening experience. Great information, just improve the audio experience please.

  • Way TOO MANY ADS

Great show and have been listening for years. But the recent increase of ads and just abruptly interrupting without any stops is getting ridiculous.

Market Stalling? Here's What Happening
Q: What's your buy box in today's market for residential real estate?
Look for small multis (2-4 units) in affordable Midwest markets with solid demand, upgrade quality of living, and pursue long-term holds rather than quick flips; diversify with some syndications and private lending.
Market Stalling? Here's What Happening
Q: How should investors adapt when inflation and unemployment signals are uncertain?
Focus on durable cash flow, buy under current market prices, and target assets with strong location and fundamentals; be ready to walk away if the numbers don't work.
Market Stalling? Here's What Happening
Q: What's your current view on mortgage rates and how they affect buying decisions this year?
I don't expect rates to fall quickly due to global uncertainty; I'd rather plan for a slower rate environment and look for opportunities that work at higher yields, especially in markets with better affordability.
Wall Street's Secret that Keeps You Poor
Q: What would you recommend our listeners do to start their path to financial independence?
Take meaningful action by buying real estate and getting around people who have achieved what you want.
Burned Out, Locked Out: Why Thousands Still Can’t Rebuild
Q: How should investors be thinking about their portfolio in 2025 versus 2015?
They should focus on long-term wealth building and not get caught up in short-term market fluctuations.
