  • Too political

Unfollowing. Not sure why a real estate show needs to have your political commentary about white grievance. Your suggestion that a new Fed chair that will force down the federal funds rate regardless of economic guidance to do so is just pure politics. No need for all of this.

  • Great podcast for long-term wealth building

Jason does a great job teaching everyday people how to build long-term wealth. His methods will outperform traditional retirement plans, and if done using his methods, it is a more conservative way to invest.

  • Stick with what you know

Long-time listener. Jason’s latest take about tariffs was the final straw. Not sure why he is encouraging tariffs when economists are nearly unanimous in the harmful effects that they have. I can deal with Jason’s unapologetic support for Trump but lately his podcasts just seem off on their assessments on policy. Hope you read this Jason and make some adjustments otherwise I need to go somewhere else for my RE info.

  • Doesn't understand tariffs

Jason, I love your show. That being said, I think your latest representation of tariffs is very misleading. Please research the impact of tariffs first before unconditionally supporting them. If someone other than Trump did this, I think you would be singing another tune. I'm realizing your show is becoming more political.

  • Too political

Long-time listener who was introduced to Jason by a close friend. Loved the content of the show! But my friend and I both agreed that the show has gotten too political over time. It's very distracting and whether he recognizes it or not, he often insults his listeners who might not necessarily have the same political views that he does. Jason, if you read this, please recognize that your audiences represent both sides of the aisle - not just the right.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

2401 FBF: John R Lott, Jr- Debacle, Obama's War on Jobs and Growth and What We Can Do Now to Regain Our Future, American Enterprise Institute & FOX News
Q: Good to talk to you again. So give us an overview of where we are in the economy nowadays and what some of our biggest concerns should be.
The economy has been growing at a very slow pace since the recovery, with unemployment falling largely because people have stopped looking for work, not because jobs are plentiful. The mix of jobs has shifted toward part-time service work, and overall growth remains below historical norms, creating a sense that many people are left behind and that traditional stimulus approaches may not be effective.
2398 FBF: Parag Khanna - Connectography, Mapping the Future of Global Civilization, CNN Global contributor, Senior Research Fellow at the Centre on Asia & Globalisation at National University of Singapore
Q: What does Connectography mean?
Khanna explains that Connectography is the fusion of connectivity and geography, arguing that infrastructure and networks determine economic and political outcomes more than traditional territorial borders.
2397: From Lazy to Legally Retired: Why Being a "Lazy Investor" is the Ultimate Compliment for Early Retirement
Q: Dion, take us through those seven things before looking at price, rates, rents, or anything like that.
The seven criteria focus on long-term stability: prefer single-family-like layouts, solid parking, washer-dryer hookups, avoid large rehabs, prioritize tenant-occupied properties, minimize HOA risk, and ensure pet-friendly, fenced yards; only then do I consider the math, because stability drives long-term cash flow and lower turnover.
2395: The Scam of Inflation & The Great Alchemy: Debt, AI, and the Future of Wealth
Q: How do you think that would impact inflation and home values?
A lower debt to GDP ratio would generally reduce inflationary pressure, making the country better off but may limit benefits from inflation-induced debt destruction as an investor.
