  • Stick with what you know

Long-time listener. Jason’s latest take about tariffs was the final straw. Not sure why he is encouraging tariffs when economists are nearly unanimous in the harmful effects that they have. I can deal with Jason’s unapologetic support for Trump but lately his podcasts just seem off on their assessments on policy. Hope you read this Jason and make some adjustments otherwise I need to go somewhere else for my RE info.

  • Doesn't understand tariffs

Jason, I love your show. That being said, I think your latest representation of tariffs is very misleading. Please research the impact of tariffs first before unconditionally supporting them. If someone other than Trump did this, I think you would be singing another tune. I'm realizing your show is becoming more political.

  • Too political

Long-time listener who was introduced to Jason by a close friend. Loved the content of the show! But my friend and I both agreed that the show has gotten too political over time. It's very distracting and whether he recognizes it or not, he often insults his listeners who might not necessarily have the same political views that he does. Jason, if you read this, please recognize that your audiences represent both sides of the aisle - not just the right.

  • Genuine guy

Jason Hartman's real estate podcast is hands down the best I've listened to. He's super knowledgeable and on point. Not only does he know his stuff about real estate and life, but he's also a caring and compassionate person. I got in touch with him through his network about a situation I am currently dealing with, and his response was extremely helpful. Thank you, Jason and Sara. You guys are great!
