  • Comprehensive and thoughtful

Jason does a phenomenal job of providing a comprehensive perspective on how to create wealth. Real estate is the focus but he also provides a big picture view of the economy and various investment vehicles.

  • Too political

Unfollowing. Not sure why a real estate show needs to have your political commentary about white grievance. Your suggestion that a new Fed chair that will force down the federal funds rate regardless of economic guidance to do so is just pure politics. No need for all of this.

  • Great podcast for long-term wealth building

Jason does a great job teaching everyday people how to build long-term wealth. His methods will outperform traditional retirement plans, and if done using his methods, it is a more conservative way to invest.

  • Stick with what you know

Long-time listener. Jason’s latest take about tariffs was the final straw. Not sure why he is encouraging tariffs when economists are nearly unanimous in the harmful effects that they have. I can deal with Jason’s unapologetic support for Trump but lately his podcasts just seem off on their assessments on policy. Hope you read this Jason and make some adjustments otherwise I need to go somewhere else for my RE info.

  • Doesn't understand tariffs

Jason, I love your show. That being said, I think your latest representation of tariffs is very misleading. Please research the impact of tariffs first before unconditionally supporting them. If someone other than Trump did this, I think you would be singing another tune. I'm realizing your show is becoming more political.
