you guys are pretty aggressive for 2008 survivors. I 1031ed into an STR from a SFH LTR. What is your thoughts on cash buying in this evironment? Better or worse than other times? I had my LOC used to buy houses b4 2008 called due in 2008. Bank reserve changes were a big part of that crash.
I want the education, but the ads drive me up the wall, so I can't get into it.
