  • Working with the company they recommended

Good info, but I invested with the company he recommended on his podcast (FFI) and lost in the ballpark of $40k + an estimated $28k. I’ve reached out to Keith asking him to help make this right with minimal response.

  • Please change your intonation!

The content is valuable, but the host’s intonation and speech pattern are frustrating to listen to—I can barely make it through an episode. He also spends a lot of time patting himself on the back for predictions that came true, claiming no one else made them, even though plenty of other sources did.

  • Life Changing

The best investment/real estate podcast I have come across. He presents the information so well and he is absolutely correct about this investment strategy. It has changed my outlook about money and is helping me reach financial security much earlier in life. The best part is changing my mindset about money and valuing living abundantly not unnecessarily frugal!
