    Do not use Norada for TurnKey Properties. Used them to purchase investment property in Kansas City. We had issues soon after closing with incomplete repairs that we only found out by the home inspector. This in turn delayed the property being listed for rent. We used Norada’s recommended property manager, which also oversaw the remodel. Over the last 16 months we have had numerous issues with the PM company and had requested Norada to assist with finding a new PM. They encouraged us to stay with... more
