Do not use Norada for TurnKey Properties. Used them to purchase investment property in Kansas City. We had issues soon after closing with incomplete repairs that we only found out by the home inspector. This in turn delayed the property being listed for rent. We used Norada’s recommended property manager, which also oversaw the remodel. Don’t invest in anything with Marco Santorelli - I invested in January 2024 and everything halted I. June. I’m out tens of thousands of dollars and communication from Marco to his investor community has been sporadic and essentially meaningless. Don’t become another victim!
