  • Wow

    1) I did not hear you mention the fact that Mandy was prepared to have her deposition taken by zoom. Why did you leave that out?

    2) PLEASE teach your dad how to pronounce her name correctly. It makes you all look unprofessional.

  • Awful

Be honest and quit spreading misinformation about Mandy and Liz being kicked out of court at the Alex Murdaugh trial. It is a blatant lie perpetuated by terrible people and piss poor, uneducated and questionable journalists.

  • Not recommended

I really enjoyed this podcast in the beginning but I can no longer handle the “we give voice to everyone” attitude. Why give a felon a platform? Come on!

Why give platform to people who just lie about things and there are no tough questions asked? This is not journalistic integrity.

You’re not journalists so my expectations should not have been high.

  • Fits News Garbage

The guilty party always says they have something big just beyond the horizon or they have all the answers in their back pocket but just can’t release it yet. Neither one will ever come to light from good ole Fits News.

Q: How is a third-party witness typically handled in depositions under South Carolina law?

The host predicts the judge will likely continue discovery, order the deposition, and set a safe location, possibly awarding fees to the opposing side, or even taking a contempt finding if compliance is not achieved.
Judge Denies Stand Your Ground Defense in Killing of Scott Spivey
Q: What is the Stand Your Ground shield and how does it affect civil immunity?
