  • I think this is great!

    Love when people are so negative leaving a review as if we’re being talked to like children: my Therapist actually introduced me to the parts method, but honestly I had forgotten about it. Then I run across this podcast; I now have my fridge covered in writing, and 22 feet worth of notes and thoughts, expressions, etc. I do think she’s a little corny, but her demeanor is to lighten the mood, and try and get you to shift to a more relaxed carefree sort of mood, so you’re able to change that persp... more
