Diana holds space so beautifully for each of the guests she has on her show. It’s healing to hear these stories, but also I can tell it’s healing for her guests as well! Love the work that is being done here. So important 🤍
Love Diana and this podcast. So many of the stories have helped and encouraged me as I've navigated the aftermath of a traumatic birth. Highly recommend.
This podcast is excellent, and I would recommend to all women interested in birth to listen to the stories shared on it, as well as to perinatal mental health specialists. These stories are real, vulnerable, non-censored, and hold so much wisdom and raw truth. Diana is a wonderful host as well.
I have found SO MUCH healing through listening to this podcast…all the different the lessons that women have learned and wisdom that they’ve gleaned from their birth experiences have influenced the way I healed from my first birth experience, leading to true integration and healing…what a blessing. Thank you for putting this out in the world! It’s creating so much good🤍
The stories shared here are so inspiring and gut wrenching, but more than anything they are so important to know about! If you are pregnant, please listen! This one is a must, birth can be so scary, but also so beautiful and women are amazing and so strong. more
