I’m so glad I found Grace’s podcast. I really resonate with her grounding voice and curious attitude and appreciate the information and action steps she shares! I also really enjoy the fact that she already had a therapy background and lens that she brings to this. Fantastic podcast and resource, thank you, Grace!
Heal with Grace is seriously my comfort podcast. I look forward to Tuesday evenings when I can get cozy and listen to what Grace has to share. Her podcast has helped me stay strong in my healing journey and has provided me so much hope. It’s important for more voices to share the mind-body connection to pain/symptoms and just how powerful our brains really are in the healing by process. Thank you, Grace, for doing that and congratulations on 100 episodes!
Amazing podcast with such great insights to heal. It has been helpful on my own healing journey.
I love this podcast, particularly episode 81 where Grace taught me how to manage spiralling thoughts without running from them. Sitting with them, rather than racing off to do exercise to numb the emotions, allowed me to address how I was really feeling, relearn how to handle fear, and move forwards from barely surviving to thriving. It has helped me reboot my nervous system and I’m looking at the future with so much more ease. Thank you Grace!
Grace has been instrumental in my healing journey. Her calm and warm approach are so soothing. I believe her work will benefit many more to come.

Episodes frequently feature clinicians, therapists, and practitioners who blend neuroscience with practical tools—covering topics like pain neuroscience, gut-brain interactions, long COVID, bladder health, and ME/CFS—alongside personal recovery journeys and community-based healing approaches. A standout aspect is the emphasis on self-trust, gradual nervous-system rebalancing, and group programs that guide listeners from understanding to actionable change. The format tends to be compassionate, non-dogmatic, and highly actionable for people seeking integrated mental, physical, and spiritual well-being throug... more
