Her podcast has helped me stay strong in my healing journey and has provided me so much hope. It’s important for more voices to share the mind-body connection to pain/symptoms and just how powerful our brains really are in the healing by process. • Loved this podcast for healing

I love this podcast, particularly episode 81 where Grace taught me how to manage spiralling thoughts without running from them. Sitting with them, rather than racing off to do exercise to numb the emotions, allowed me to address how I was really feeling, relearn how to handle fear, and move forwards from barely surviving to thriving. It has helped me reboot my nervous system and I’m looking at the future with so much more ease. Thank you Grace!
