I learn so much about how to care for myself from these extremely knowledgeable and lively ladies. I have been learning to talk to myself differently about "the food."No more shaming and blaming myself. I'm on the road to a better life, where I learn to take care of myself, my stress and my fears, with more tools than just using food to cope. These episodes fill my wellness cup.
Molly P, Molly C, and Clarissa do such a wonderful job of discussing food addiction, as well as daily struggles, and have such a lovely way of framing things so that they make sense and help others to help themselves in their struggles.
