  • Sooo much value in each episode

In a time when there’s an overwhelming amount of surface level and anecdotal personal development content, it’s both refreshing and exciting to find a podcast that goes DEEP into the research but in a practical and conversational way. I’ve had to rewatch the first few episodes several times because it was full of insight!
