  • I grateful for this podcast.

    I have been listening to this podcast for only a few days and it has helped change and shift my mindset to be even more kingdom focused than I was.

    I love that Caroline and Courtney use scripture to help not only point you to Jesus but help you to be in HIM in all that you do. I have always thought about my body being a vessel and caring for it through health and fitness but this show helps solidify that in a deeper more Biblical way.
