Excellent podcast on trail & ultra running, particularly strength training. Host is honest and direct about what works, what doesn’t, and how everyday athletes can use this. I’ve learned a ton listening to it. Not fancy but very useful. A+
I found this podcast recently and really enjoy Will’s, simple and concise ideas.
I feel that this kind of podcast is missing in the trail running world and I’m so pleased to have found it. You will get something from every episode even if it doesn’t directly relate to you. Keep up the fantastic work!
Thanks Will!
You are a skilled, honest and intelligent host. You are helping me getting through both recovery from injury and preparing for my first 50K!
Easy to implement tips at a nice talking speed and voice. Feels like Will is a friend who is helping me get better at running. Short episodes are just right to get the points across. Thanks!
