Do yourself a favor and subscribe to this show. Dr. Ben is as authentic as they come, and delivers solid content by bringing on great guests and sharing his own experiences/insight. As a podcast host myself, I gravitate towards hosts the are engaging and honest…and Dr. Ben does so with grace and care. He’s super passionate about shining a light on the TRUTH of what’s going on in the world of health and beyond, which is what we need today more than ever. Highly recommend!

  • Great……….but

I absolutely love the content and have been looking for this type of podcast. The only “negative” is that the host constantly interrupts the guest and jumps in to share his thoughts. While his thoughts are typically spot on, I would definitely like to hear more from the guests w/o interruptions.
