  • Great podcast

Since finding this podcast I have listened to every single episode and read every article. I absolutely agree with Dr Roger McFillin, as a trauma informed psychotherapist and AOD counsellor I have seen the detrimental affects of labels and psychiatrist drugs. This podcast has given me hope and reassured me that I’m not alone in the way I think … totally recommend this podcast if you have an open mind and are open to the fact that we are not broken and there is a different more empowering way.
