I thought her openness about anxiety was incredible and this is a must listen for any athlete
REAL information for all athletes with variety of needs especially the Hybrid athlete
As an athlete I enjoyed their informed perspectives actress multiple domains. They do it without favoring domains. Please increase the recording volume of the podcast. Compare to other phone content this is very low and hard to hear on speaker.
I’d like to update my rating to be higher, but they spend so much time talking away from the mic or shifting their position as they talk that at the best of times, it’s like someone talking to you as they walk past you. It sounds like they just have a phone recording in a room as they chat.
I don’t expect them to invest much in a free podcast, but I hope they at least look into ways to improve audio quality and consistency for cheap.
