Burg’s is a brilliant teacher, he takes the time to explain the process of meditation in a very easy to understand way. If you are wanting to learn to meditate I would highly recommend attending one of Burg’s retreats. I have recently returned from my 4th retreat . The environment is extremely supportive and nurturing. You leave feeling nourished and revitalised.
I spent a long time trying to meditate to no avail. That is before I found Burgs, through the invitation of a friend to one of Burgs Let Go Retreat. What an experience that was! That happened more than 10 years ago...and I was hooked! I never stop thinking how like I am to have been presented with the opportunity to have the most amazing teacher ever!
Such a beautiful podcast. Thank you Burgs 🙏
Found Burgs via Mt. Wolf and have never stopped trying to find more of his works. Incredibly insightful with an incredibly soothing easy listening manner. His guided mediations have been the only ones to work for me.
I do not know a single person who would not find HUGE benefit in listening to this amazing podcast. Thank you Burgs for opening my heart and the heart of many others.
