  • One of the greats!

Ram Dass’ experience, lived wisdom, compassion, and great humour were very special and what he said and how he said it not only lands wonderfully every time, but also manages to open the heart time and time again. He was one of the greats and I am grateful to everyone who keeps this treasure trove of wisdom going for us.

  • Would Ram Dass agree with the product plugs?

I appreciate the recordings. I don’t appreciate being told to buy a product to support my wellbeing- the plug for a drink with matcha and adptogens to support the stress I may feel during the holiday season is pathologising and offering a product to ease the supposed stress- it’s unethical. His teachings surely would not align with this product placement - it damages the following messages he’s communicating. I filter it out - the woman’s voice in the intro- but I don’t appreciate it. He printed... more

Ram Dass talks are great, editorials and ads from his “friends” playing weekend at Bernie’s with his corpse: not so much. Its gotten even worse this week, they're stopping the talks to give their own commentary on what he's saying.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 299 – Listening for Your Unique Manifestation
Q: How do I find out my unique purpose? Do I follow what flows easily or do I tackle what I get stuck on? And could you explain Dharma, please?
The path is to listen to your inner guidance as it evolves; one's unique manifestation shifts as you awaken, and Dharma is the root path that aligns your karma with your deepest home and truth, not fixed certainty but ongoing alignment.
Ep. 294 – Different Forms of Yoga
Q: Are each of the types of yoga to uncoil or to liberate you?
Each of the types of yoga is to bring you to liberation, to yoga or union. You can lead with your energy, you can lead with your mind, you can lead with your heart, you can lead with your senses.
Ep. 294 – Different Forms of Yoga
Q: Why is there darkness and depression before spiritual growth?
You have to realize that you don't have all the cards in your hand before you're open to the next message. It's only when you realize that it's not going to make it that you're open again.
Ep. 294 – Different Forms of Yoga
Q: Why do you feel, if the Kundalini is awakening, why do you feel the things like heat in the front of the body?
It's a total space there. It's not just in the spine. It's merely the image that it goes up the spine, but it really, the chakras are really in the center of the body.
Ep. 290 – The Balance Between Emptiness and Compassion
Q: How to practice compassion with people you find hard to love?
Begin by being interested in why you find it difficult to love them, and work on seeing their deeper essence beyond their actions.
