A running podcast that doesn’t take itself too seriously which, coincidentally, is exactly what I need. April’s struggle is all of our struggle and Scott is there to encourage us while blessing us with bits of knowledge to be better runners. Listen to April say what we’re all thinking and have a laugh while you’re at it.
As a beginner with some “experience” this is a perfect podcast to tune into !
Scott provides great commentary but the dynamic with April makes this just. Great. Good job and keep the advice coming
An engaging new podcast for aspiring runners. April and Scott’s droll & delightful banter is a breath of fresh air in a world all to full of over-achieving cheerleaders. If you are struggling to find motivation and want empathetic companionship; if you are looking to set modest goals, based in the real world: look no further than Building Motivation.
