Now, at 48 years old, I’m trying to take better care of myself. I don’t know where Nike found this guy, but if I had coach Bennett 20 years ago to guide me and help me literally fall in love with running, I would have made a career in the military and be retired now. If the military taught running as coach Bennett does, I know without a doubt our militar... more
I love Coach Bennett’s Podcast. It’s uplifting, informative, funny, and has great content. If I’m ever feeling down or like I need a boost of motivation I tune in which is a couple times a month. Thanks Coach Bennett for helping my running and my life.
Three years into marathon training and every one of his podcasts has a nugget that helps with my training; on and off-road. Podcast topics impart a broad range of guidance on the technical and intangibles that help advance both my own and my daughter’s running development. We have all benefited from Coach B’s accessible manner, clarity, humor, and coaching experience with all running levels and seasons of (running) life.
Coach Bennett has probably helped my overthinking brain more than anything else . Always there when I need a blast of positivity or cheering up.
The podcast that sticks in my mind is the one that talked about liars being cowards …. I needed that alike you wouldn’t believe.
Hey coach please come to the UK one day and bring us GB’ers some merch over.
Thanks for what you do.
I love listening to Coach Bennett’s podcast. He has helped me become a better runner but also helped me realize that I can be a better coach to myself physically, mentally, and emotionally! Thanks again, Coach Bennett!
