  • Gem for Female postcollegiate runners

Currently on maternity leave, I have been binging episodes of getting checked as a dream about postpartum races and goals. The hosts are slightly younger than I am, but have very similar experiences having run in college and still taking their post college running seriously in a locally competitive/sub elite space. I agree with others who said this felt like running with their college teammates!

  • Like a run with old teammates!

This podcast takes me right back to my cross country days and reminds me of long runs just chatting the miles away with my teammates. I wish we got episodes more often!
