Was recommended to listen from my aunt. I’ve been exploring nature and it’s therapeutic benefits for a while so this was a great listen. I agree it should be widely prescribed by western medicine. It’s a free remedy and is not taken seriously enough. Thanks for creating awareness xx

It was sad, but so unbelievably comforting to know that some one else has experienced something similar. I’ve felt so alone, yet surrounded by people in recovery.
