They know very little about mental health, which they purport to be able to speak on, with each episode containing many flatly false statements that even a somewhat knowledgable layperson would easily recognize as wrong. AJ and Chris give a look into the lives of introverts and people with mental illness. They are great to listen to and very informative. I find it easy to relate to their topics and get a feeling comfort knowing I am not alone on my mental health journey. Thank you for all you both do!
