This podcast is a few people who suffer from borderline type emotional disturbances, remembering and relating episodes of their lives related to the disorder. They’re not professional psychologists or counselors nor do they pretend to be, and they approach the show in all seriousness while not taking themselves too seriously. • Personal, honest, and very perceptive!

This is a must for anyone with borderline personality disorder (BPD), traits of BPD, or someone like that in your life!

Actually, anyone with emotions is going to benefit listening to this because the stuff AJ (BPD) and Cris (non-BPD) tackle, in their dialogues loving and intelligent dialogues, is the very essence of being human!

  • Poorly Made by Uninformed, Unqualified Commentators

This podcast should not have been made. The moderators do not know how to carry a conversation or speak for audio presentation without being awkward, nervous, or unclear. They know very little about mental health, which they purport to be able to speak on, with each episode containing many flatly false statements that even a somewhat knowledgable layperson would easily recognize as wrong. They conduct interviews very poorly, and their guests know as little about the subject matter as the host... more

  • Extraordinary Podcast!

AJ and Chris give a look into the lives of introverts and people with mental illness. They are great to listen to and very informative. I find it easy to relate to their topics and get a feeling comfort knowing I am not alone on my mental health journey. Thank you for all you both do!
