Being fat is unhealthy! Stop telling people to be OK with being fat.
This podcast is a lifesaver. I’m learning so much and Bri has the most soothing voice.
I just listened to the hot seat coaching episode about the wheelchair in the airport and wow! I’m in grocery store about to cry, lol. It was such an excellent demonstration of the surface trigger versus the young core belief. And so real in acknowledging the things over which you have control on this journey (how you cope) and what you don’t (guarantees of love or acceptance). Thank you for sharing!
Body Image with Bri is amazing.
I love this podcast because Bri is so real and raw about how she is feeling and has a way of discussing the same raw emotion with her guests. Her topics are very good and she is amazing! Keep it coming!! 🙂
