I listened to the Take One Breath episode and enjoyed the interview and the first. I was very distracted by the host interrupting the guest by saying mmmm mmmm A LOT!! I get that it is a minimal prompt and important for conversations but she way overuses it’s and if you listen you can tell it is throwing the guest off too. Please stop saying mmmm! Or do a tally of how many times you do it per episode and try to decrease, it is very distracting.

I have listened to 1 podcast and so far I really like the content. My only hang up is that the host says, “mmm” a LOT and I find it really distracting.

This podcast has so much useful information for those trying to build healthier habits into their lives. It's accessible (no jargon), full of relatable content and delivers really straightforward take-home points based on sound evidence and wide experience. I recommend this to my clients (I'm a personal trainer) and also listen to it to gain insight into my own behaviour. Really the best - and most useful - health and fitness podcast I've found.
Excellent podcast an honest, down to earth story of Martins journey to a more Healthy lifestyle.
Well worth a listen, loved it.
