  • Helpful, Inspiring

Every time I listen to one of Penny's podcasts I not only learn something, but I'm inspired to make these natural lifestyle changes for myself or my family. While I understand her journey has been far from simple, I do believe it's with great purpose and thankful she shares so the rest of us can benefit from it. I love to listen while I'm getting ready for work, working out or driving.

These episodes just keep getting better and more fascinating! I am learning so much from Penny who is able to explain some of the detailed science around healing our bodies in ways easier to understand. Truly a great podcast and a must listen especially if you don’t want to live a life reliant on multiple medications.

  • Bravo!

I was glued to every word! I don’t personally suffer from GI issues, but I have my share of health issues. I found this podcast very encouraging because it’s about so much more than chronic illness…it’s about perseverance and most of all faith. I will definitely be recommending this podcast.
