    If you’re not lucky enough to live in SW London and be a member of Hounds of Health, this is the next best option.

    Paul’s dulcet tones are usually instructing me to squat, lunge or press, so it’s a welcome change to hear him impart his wisdom while sitting comfortably with a coffee.

    These are short snackable busts of wisdom and inspiration which are great for anyone anywhere interested in getting focused, fittter and stronger.
