Raw, honest, funny and relatable- this was a brilliant episode. Zoe was so open about her experience but seeing the funny side is part of the menopause journey. It’s not always funny of course but recognising when we can allow ourselves to feel a little lighter about our experience may be helpful.
I’m so grateful for this podcast. It’s given me so much useful and relatable information whilst I navigate the confusion of perimenopause. Thank you, Naomi and team!
