I love this podcast. It’s by far the best breastfeeding podcast. I love listening to it and getting tips for my breastfeeding journey.
Lots of wonderful learnings and supportive ideas.
Highly recommended for new or expectant moms. This podcast presents facts so you can decide what’s right for you. It also helps clarify some of the less commonly discussed issues. It gave me confidence to deal with some of the recommendations by our not-so-breastfeeding-supportive pediatrician and helped me continue with my breastfeeding journey.
So funny to come across an episode about D-MER! I actually had this but didn’t realize what it was until about 4-5 months into breastfeeding. It lasted for almost the full 14 months that I breastfed my first for but each instance was only about 20 seconds long. I also used to get it around my period when I was younger. It was far less severe the second time I breastfed.
